Oke, now me will share a simple tips how to make Indonesian Fried Rice Recipe so you can make it step by step.

Ingredients:
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Onion
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsps oil
  • Salt
  • 2 eggs
  • Cucumber, tomato and cilantro for garnishing

Preparation:
  • Add 3 tbsp oil. And then ad garlice an onions. Fry until golden brown.
  • Add chili paste followed by the rice. Fye on high heat. Fry until all the ingredients are evenly distributed. Stir constantly so that none of the ingredients stick to the wok.
  • Add soy sauce and stir until the soy sauce is evenly distributed
  • Separately, using a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan, fry the eggs sunny side up.
  • Serve the rice with a few slices of cucumbers and tomatoes. Garnish with some cilantro, and an egg for each serving.
